In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Figma, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Figma or TimeCamp will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Figma or TimeCamp, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Figma, TimeCamp, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Figma and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Figma and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Figma + TimeCamp + Slack: When a new file is added to a Figma project, a TimeCamp time entry is created to track the design time. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the project team about the new design.
TimeCamp + Google Sheets + Figma: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, the total design hours for a specific project are updated in a Google Sheet. Afterwards, the updated design hours are added as a comment to a specified file in Figma.
