Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Figma, Zoho Inventory, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Figma and Zoho Inventory integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Figma and Zoho Inventory (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Figma and Zoho Inventory
Figma + Slack + Zoho Inventory: When a new file is added to a Figma project, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. The design team can then review the mockup and update the Zoho Inventory accordingly.
Zoho Inventory + Figma + Google Sheets: When a new item is created in Zoho Inventory, a new row is added to a Google Sheet to track the item's details. When item quantity is low, automatically post a comment in Figma file, the designer update the design accordingly.
