Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Fillout, Wachete, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fillout and Wachete integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fillout and Wachete (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fillout and Wachete
Fillout + Wachete + Slack: When a new submission is received on Fillout, the form submission is checked for specific keywords. If keywords related to website changes are found and Wachete detects a new notification for a particular Wachet, a message is sent to a Slack channel alerting the team.
Wachete + Fillout + Google Sheets: When Wachete detects a new notification for a particular Wachet, the details are captured. If the alert is triggered, the details of the user who submitted the Fillout form are fetched using the submission ID (presumably linked in the Wachete notification). This user information is then logged into a Google Sheet.
