Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Firecrawl, Fireflies, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Firecrawl and Fireflies integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Firecrawl and Fireflies (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Fireflies

Firecrawl + Fireflies + Slack: After Firecrawl completes a website scan, the results are analyzed. If Fireflies has transcripts relevant to the scanned website's content, a summary of the insights from Firecrawl and key discussion points from Fireflies are sent to a designated Slack channel.

Firecrawl + Fireflies + Google Sheets: Firecrawl scans a website and extracts key metrics. These metrics, along with summaries of relevant discussions from Fireflies transcripts, are then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
