Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Freshdesk
Firecrawl + Freshdesk + Slack: When Firecrawl detects a critical error on a website after a crawl, a Freshdesk ticket is automatically created. Subsequently, a Slack message is sent to the designated channel to notify the team about the new ticket.
Freshdesk + Firecrawl + Google Sheets: When a Freshdesk ticket is updated, Firecrawl crawls the relevant website URL. The ticket ID, resolution time, and crawl status are then logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking support ticket resolution times after website updates.
