Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Firecrawl, Getform, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Firecrawl and Getform integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Firecrawl and Getform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Getform

Getform + Firecrawl + Slack: When a new submission is received in Getform, Firecrawl crawls the specified URL to detect content changes. If changes are found, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team.

Getform + Firecrawl + Email: If a Getform submission indicates a potentially broken link, Firecrawl crawls the URL to check its status. If the URL returns an error, an email is sent to the webmaster to notify them of the broken link.
