Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Firecrawl and Google Cloud Pub\Sub integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Firecrawl and Google Cloud Pub\Sub (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Google Cloud Pub\Sub
Firecrawl + Google Cloud Pub\Sub + Slack: When Firecrawl detects an issue with a crawled website, it publishes a message to a Google Cloud Pub/Sub topic. This message then triggers a Slack notification to a designated channel, alerting the team to the critical website error.
Firecrawl + Google Sheets: Firecrawl extracts website data according to a specified extraction rule. The extracted data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
