Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Help Scout

Firecrawl + Help Scout + Slack: When Firecrawl detects a critical website error (e.g., through crawling), a Help Scout ticket is automatically created to address the issue. Then, a notification is sent to the support team via Slack to alert them of the new ticket and the website error.

Help Scout + Firecrawl + Google Sheets: When a new Help Scout ticket is created (related to website issues, determined by tags or keywords), Firecrawl scrapes the related website. The details of the ticket and the scraped website data are then logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
