Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Firecrawl, Intercom, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Firecrawl and Intercom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Firecrawl and Intercom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Intercom

Firecrawl + Slack + Intercom: When Firecrawl detects critical website errors using the 'Scrape Website' action, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. The Slack message includes details about the error, prompting support to proactively reach out to affected users through Intercom by creating or updating a contact.

Intercom + Firecrawl + Google Sheets: When a new conversation is created in Intercom, the flow uses Firecrawl to 'Scrape Website' and extract relevant information based on the conversation content. The extracted data, along with the Intercom conversation details, is then logged into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
