Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Firecrawl, Quickbase, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Firecrawl and Quickbase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Firecrawl and Quickbase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Quickbase

Firecrawl + Quickbase + Slack: When Firecrawl detects changes on a website after a crawl, a new record is created in Quickbase. Then, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the change.

Firecrawl + Quickbase + Email: Firecrawl scrapes a website and logs any errors or content changes as a new record in Quickbase. A summary of these Quickbase records is then sent via email on a scheduled basis. While a scheduled trigger is unavailable, we will use Quickbase new record as a proxy. Every new record created in Quickbase will be summarized and sent via email.
