Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Firecrawl, Wufoo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Firecrawl and Wufoo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Firecrawl and Wufoo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Wufoo
Wufoo + Firecrawl + Slack: When a new entry is submitted in Wufoo, Firecrawl crawls a specified URL to check for updated content. If changes are detected via scraping the website, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team of the update.
Wufoo + Firecrawl + Google Sheets: On new Wufoo form submissions, Firecrawl extracts information from a specified website. Both form data and extracted website info are added as a new row in a Google Sheet for analysis.
