Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Fireflies, Airparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Fireflies and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fireflies and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fireflies and Airparser

Fireflies + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, it is sent to Airparser to extract key data. The extracted data is then logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis and tracking.

Fireflies + Airparser + Slack: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, action items are parsed from the transcript using Airparser. A summary and reminders are then sent to the relevant team in Slack.
