Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fireflies and CloudConvert integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fireflies and CloudConvert (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fireflies and CloudConvert

Fireflies + CloudConvert + Google Drive: When a Fireflies transcript is ready, it's converted to a text file using CloudConvert, and then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive for easy access and archival.

CloudConvert + Fireflies + Slack: When a new file is uploaded to CloudConvert, it is converted to audio. That audio file triggers Fireflies to generate a transcript. Then the transcript is shared to a Slack channel.
