Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Fireflies, Docparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fireflies and Docparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fireflies and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fireflies and Docparser

Fireflies + Docparser + Slack: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, it triggers Docparser to parse the document. The parsed data, such as action items and key decisions, is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel for quick review and follow-up.

Fireflies + Docparser + Google Sheets: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, the transcript is sent to Docparser. Docparser extracts meeting notes and action items, and the extracted data is then added as a new row in a specified Google Sheet, creating a structured record of meeting outcomes.
