In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Fireflies, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Fireflies or Teamwork will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Fireflies or Teamwork, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Fireflies node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Fireflies, Teamwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fireflies and Teamwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fireflies and Teamwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Fireflies + Teamwork + Slack: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, this automation finds the relevant project in Teamwork and creates a new task. Then, a Slack message is sent to the specified channel to notify the team about the new task related to the meeting transcript.
Teamwork + Fireflies + Google Docs: When a new task is created in Teamwork, this automation creates a new Google Document using a template or starting from scratch. After the meeting is recorded by Fireflies, the transcript is fetched and its content will be appended to the Google Docs Document.
