Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fireflies and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fireflies and Vitally

Fireflies + Vitally + Slack: When Fireflies detects key topics in meeting transcripts, Vitally updates the customer's health score based on the identified topics. Subsequently, Slack sends a direct message to the CSM, notifying them of the health score update and relevant meeting details.

Vitally + Fireflies + Pipedrive: When a customer's health score drops in Vitally, the automation checks Fireflies for recent call transcripts associated with that customer. If transcripts are found, the Pipedrive deal stage is updated based on insights from the transcripts.
