Most powerful ways to connect FireText and 123FormBuilder
FireText + 123FormBuilder + Google Sheets: When a new SMS is received via FireText, a 123FormBuilder form is triggered to capture feedback. The form submission details, including the original SMS content, are then added as a new row to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
123FormBuilder + FireText + Slack: When a new form submission is received in 123FormBuilder, the flow checks for critical submissions. If the submission meets specific criteria, a FireText message is sent to a designated contact, and a Slack notification is sent to a team channel.
