Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring FireText, FreshBooks, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FireText and FreshBooks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FireText and FreshBooks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FireText and FreshBooks
FireText + FreshBooks + Google Sheets: When a new message is received in FireText, the flow searches for the client in FreshBooks. If the client exists, a row is added to a Google Sheet with the lead information. If the client doesn't exist, a new client is created in FreshBooks and their info is added to the Google Sheet.
FreshBooks + FireText + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreshBooks, the flow sends an SMS payment reminder via FireText. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel, informing the accounts team.
