Depending on your setup, data should flow between FireText and Microsoft Power BI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect FireText and Microsoft Power BI

FireText + Google Sheets + Microsoft Power BI: When a new message is received by FireText, the message data is added as a new row to a Google Sheet. Microsoft Power BI then uses this Google Sheet as a data source to update dashboards, tracking SMS campaign performance.

Microsoft Power BI + FireText + Slack: When a Microsoft Power BI dataset is updated, check if a threshold is met. If the condition is true, an SMS message is sent via FireText to key personnel, followed by a notification to a designated Slack channel.
