Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring FireText, Scrapeless, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FireText and Scrapeless integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FireText and Scrapeless (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FireText and Scrapeless
Scrapeless + Google Sheets + FireText: This automation scrapes a website for product updates using Scrapeless. The scraped data is then added as a new row to a Google Sheet. Finally, FireText sends an SMS message to notify subscribers about the update.
FireText + Scrapeless + Discord bot: When a new SMS message is received by FireText, Scrapeless searches Google for mentions of keywords from the SMS. If mentions are found, a message is sent to a designated Discord channel via the Discord bot.
