Depending on your setup, data should flow between FireText and Square (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect FireText and Square

FireText + Square + Google Sheets: When a new message is received in FireText, the automation searches for an appointment in Square. If an appointment is found, the details, including payment information, are logged in a Google Sheet for tracking.

Square + FireText + Twilio: When a new paid order is created in Square, the automation attempts to send an SMS to the customer via FireText. If the FireText message fails (simulated by not having a failure action), no backup SMS is sent through Twilio. Instead, the process completes.
