Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FireText and Tamtam integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FireText and Tamtam (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect FireText and Tamtam

FireText + Tamtam + Google Sheets: When a new SMS message is sent via FireText, its details are logged to a Google Sheet. If sending via FireText fails, Tamtam attempts to send the message. If successful, Tamtam message details are also logged in the same Google Sheet for compliance tracking.

Tamtam + FireText + Twilio: When a message is intended to be sent via Tamtam but fails, FireText attempts to send the same message. If FireText also fails, Twilio is used as a final backup to send the message.
