Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Formsite, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formsite and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formsite and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Formsite and Jibble

Formsite + Jibble + Slack: When a new employee onboarding form is submitted in Formsite, a new person is created in Jibble. Then, a welcome message is sent to the new employee via Slack.

Jibble + Formsite + Google Sheets: When a new clock in/out event occurs in Jibble, information about employee hours is captured. A Formsite survey is triggered and its results, along with the Jibble data, are then logged in Google Sheets for analysis.
