Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Formsite, Mailhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formsite and Mailhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formsite and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Formsite and Mailhook
Formsite + Mailhook + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Formsite, the data is sent to Mailhook. Mailhook then triggers and passes this data to Google Sheets, adding a new row with the submission details for tracking and analysis.
Mailhook + Formsite + Slack: Mailhook receives data via a webhook. This data is used to automatically submit a form in Formsite. Upon successful form submission, a Slack message is sent to a specified channel, notifying the team about the new submission.
