Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Formstack, Glide, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formstack and Glide integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formstack and Glide (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Formstack and Glide

Formstack + Glide + Google Sheets: When a new submission is made in Formstack, the information is added as a new row in a Google Sheet, and simultaneously, a new row is added to Glide to update the app's data.

Formstack + Airtable + Glide: Upon receiving a new form submission in Formstack, a new record is created in Airtable to store the data. Then, the Glide app is updated by adding a new row with the submission data to display the latest information.
