Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Formstack, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formstack and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formstack and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Formstack and Jibble
Formstack + Jibble + Slack: When a new leave request is submitted in Formstack, automatically update the employee's attendance record in Jibble and send a notification in Slack to the manager.
Jibble + Formstack + Google Sheets: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble, the data is logged. When a new form is submitted in Formstack, that data is also logged. Both sets of data are then consolidated into a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
