Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formstack and Miro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formstack and Miro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Formstack and Miro
Formstack + Miro + Slack: Upon receiving a new form submission in Formstack, this automation creates a new sticky note on a specified Miro board for collaborative brainstorming. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the new submission and its associated Miro sticky note.
Miro + Formstack + Google Sheets: When a new item is created or updated on a Miro board, the automation extracts relevant data and automatically adds a new row to a specified Google Sheet. This allows for analysis and tracking of Miro board activity. Data is sent to Google Sheets, not Formstack.
