Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Formstack, Scrapeless, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formstack and Scrapeless integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formstack and Scrapeless (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Formstack and Scrapeless
Formstack + Scrapeless + Google Sheets: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, the submitted data is enriched using Scrapeless to extract additional information from a URL provided in the form. The enriched data, along with the original submission, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Scrapeless + Formstack + Slack: Scrapeless scrapes product data from a website. The scraped data is automatically submitted to a predefined Formstack form. Once the form is submitted, a Slack message is sent to a specified channel to alert the team about the new submission for internal review.
