Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Formstack, Trainerize, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formstack and Trainerize integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formstack and Trainerize (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Formstack and Trainerize
Formstack + Trainerize + Google Sheets: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, the data is added as a new row in a Google Sheet. This allows for tracking workout plan adherence by connecting submitted form data (e.g., completion confirmation, feedback) with client data from Trainerize.
Trainerize + Formstack + Twilio: When a new client is added in Trainerize, an SMS message is sent via Twilio reminding them of their upcoming training session. After the session, a link to a Formstack feedback form is sent to the client via Twilio.
