Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formstack and Wave integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formstack and Wave (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Formstack and Wave

Formstack + Wave + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, an invoice is created in Wave for the submission. Then, a Slack message is sent to a specified channel to notify the accounting team about the new invoice.

Wave + Formstack + Google Sheets: When a new invoice is created in Wave, the automation finds a corresponding client record in Google Sheets based on information from a Formstack form, and then updates a specific row in the Google Sheet with the new invoice information.
