How to connect Fotor and AITable
Create a New Scenario to Connect Fotor and AITable
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Fotor, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Fotor or AITable will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Fotor or AITable, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Fotor node, select AITable from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within AITable.

Authenticate AITable
Now, click the AITable node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your AITable settings. Authentication allows you to use AITable through Latenode.
Configure the Fotor and AITable Nodes
Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Fotor, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fotor and AITable
Fotor + AITable + Slack: When a new product photo is edited in Fotor, the photo and related data are automatically added as a new record in AITable. A notification is then sent to the marketing team on Slack, informing them about the new product photo.
AITable + Fotor + Google Drive: Product information and photo links are stored in AITable. If a photo link is empty for a product, the product description is sent to Fotor to generate an image. The generated image is then saved to Google Drive and the link to that image is updated in AITable.
