In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Fotor, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Fotor or ClickUp will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Fotor or ClickUp, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Fotor node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Fotor, ClickUp, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and ClickUp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and ClickUp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Fotor + ClickUp + Slack: When a Fotor image is approved (hypothetically a manual approval process outside the automation, triggering based on file placement in a specific Google Drive folder), a new task is created in ClickUp and a Slack message is sent to the marketing team to notify them.
ClickUp + Fotor + Google Drive: When a new task is created in ClickUp, an associated image is edited in Fotor and then automatically uploaded to a specific Google Drive folder related to that task.
