Most powerful ways to connect Fotor and Freshdesk
Freshdesk + Fotor + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, the system checks if it contains a complaint about a damaged product. If so, an apology image is generated using Fotor and sent via Slack to a designated channel to notify support agents.
Freshdesk + Fotor + Google Drive: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, agents can add notes to the ticket and upload file to Google Drive. This allows agents to capture screen shots, add annotations using external tools, upload to Google Drive and finally add it to the Freshdesk ticket notes.
