In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Fotor, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Fotor or Notion will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Fotor or Notion, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Fotor node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Fotor, Notion, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and Notion integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and Notion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Fotor + Google Drive + Notion: When an image is edited in Fotor, it is automatically saved to Google Drive. A link to the saved image in Google Drive is then created and added to a specified Notion document for easy access and collaboration.
Notion + Fotor + Slack: When a new product specification page is added to a Notion database, Fotor automatically generates a promotional image using the product details. The generated image and a link to the Notion page are then sent as a message to a designated Slack channel to alert the marketing team.
