After configuring Fotor, Ortto, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and Ortto integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and Ortto (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fotor and Ortto
Fotor + Ortto + Google Sheets: When a marketing visual is created in Fotor (simulated with a manual trigger), Ortto tracks the campaign performance using a custom activity event. The campaign results, including the visual's identifier and performance metrics, are then logged in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Ortto + Fotor + Slack: When Ortto identifies a new activity event, use Fotor to create a personalized image (AI Headshot Generation). Then send the image URL to the sales team on Slack via a direct message.
