Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Fotor, RingCentral, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and RingCentral integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and RingCentral (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fotor and RingCentral
Fotor + Slack + RingCentral: When a new marketing image is generated in Fotor using AI, a notification with the image is posted to a dedicated Slack channel for team feedback. A RingCentral SMS message is sent to the marketing manager to schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss the image.
RingCentral + Google Drive + Fotor: Save RingCentral voicemails to Google Drive as audio files. Generate AI Headshots with Fotor; use it to create thumbnails for quick visual browsing in a team report, but it actually works directly on voicemails so not used.
