Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Fotor, TimeCamp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fotor and TimeCamp

TimeCamp + Fotor + Slack: When TimeCamp detects a new time entry exceeding a certain threshold (indicating overtime), Fotor automatically generates an appreciation image. Slack then sends this image to the team's channel, recognizing their extra effort.

TimeCamp + Fotor + Google Drive: When TimeCamp generates a new project report, Fotor creates a cover image based on the project name and sends it to Google Drive. This image visually identifies the report, making it easier to locate and manage within Google Drive.
