Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and Help Scout
FreeAgent + Slack + Help Scout: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the Help Scout support team. This allows them to anticipate and address potential customer queries related to the new invoice.
Help Scout + FreeAgent + Google Sheets: This flow tracks support ticket volume related to billing (identified by tags in Help Scout conversations) and invoice data from FreeAgent. When a new conversation is created in Help Scout, the flow checks if the conversation is tagged with billing-related tags. If so, it adds a row to a Google Sheet containing the ticket details and relevant invoice information from FreeAgent (if available, based on customer data).
