Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FreeAgent and Motion integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreeAgent and Motion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and Motion

FreeAgent + Motion + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, a task is created in Motion to follow up on the invoice. A notification is then sent to the finance team in Slack about the new invoice and the created Motion task.

Motion + FreeAgent + Google Calendar: When a task is completed in Motion, time spent on it is logged as a task in FreeAgent, and the time is blocked off in Google Calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts.
