Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FreshBooks and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreshBooks and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreshBooks and Airparser
FreshBooks + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a new invoice is created in FreshBooks, Airparser extracts the relevant data from the invoice document (assuming it's uploaded to Airparser or accessible via URL). The extracted data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
Airparser + FreshBooks + Slack: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser (e.g., an emailed receipt), Airparser extracts the data. Based on this extracted data, a new expense is created in FreshBooks. Finally, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform accounting of the new expense.
