Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreshBooks and Basecamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreshBooks and Basecamp
FreshBooks + Basecamp + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreshBooks, if the due date is in the past (overdue), a message is added to a specified project in Basecamp, and a notification is sent to the Basecamp project team in Slack.
Basecamp + FreshBooks + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in Basecamp, the hours are added to a Google Sheet. If the total hours in the sheet for a specific project exceed a threshold, a new invoice is created in FreshBooks.
