Most powerful ways to connect FreshBooks and Delighted
Delighted + FreshBooks + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted, the automation finds the corresponding invoice in FreshBooks. If the survey score is below a certain threshold, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel alerting the team about the low satisfaction score and providing invoice details.
Delighted + FreshBooks + Google Sheets: New survey responses from Delighted trigger the automation to find corresponding invoice data in FreshBooks based on client information. The survey response and invoice details are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
