Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreshBooks and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreshBooks and Jira
FreshBooks + Jira + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreshBooks, the automation checks if it is overdue. If overdue, it creates a corresponding task in Jira and notifies the account manager in Slack via a direct message.
Jira + FreshBooks + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated, this automation logs the time spent on the task, creates a corresponding invoice in FreshBooks, and updates a Google Sheet with the invoice details.
