Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring FreshBooks, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FreshBooks and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreshBooks and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreshBooks and Userback
Userback + FreshBooks + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, find the associated client project in FreshBooks, and then send a Slack notification with the feedback details to a designated channel.
Userback + FreshBooks + Jira: Upon receiving new feedback in Userback, the automation finds the corresponding project in FreshBooks. It then creates a Jira ticket to track the feedback as a bug or feature request within the associated project.
