Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and Google AppSheet
Freshdesk + Slack + Google AppSheet: When a new high-priority ticket is created in Freshdesk, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. An AppSheet dashboard is then updated to reflect the new ticket count.
Freshdesk + Google Sheets + Google AppSheet: When a ticket in Freshdesk is updated, specifically when it's resolved, a new row is added to a Google Sheet. An AppSheet dashboard then reflects the updated ticket statistics from the Google Sheet.
