Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and Kintone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and Kintone
Freshdesk + Kintone + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, especially a high-priority one, the details are added to Kintone for tracking and management. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
Kintone + Freshdesk + Google Sheets: When a record's status is updated in Kintone (e.g., indicating a resolved issue), the corresponding Freshdesk ticket ID is used to find the ticket details, and then those details are logged into a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
