Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and LearnDash (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and LearnDash
Freshdesk + Slack + LearnDash: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, indicating a technical issue, the system finds instructors in Slack using the Freshdesk ticket's user email. If instructors are found, a message is sent to them in Slack to provide quick support.
LearnDash + Zoom + Freshdesk: When a Zoom meeting starts, triggered from within a LearnDash course context (e.g., triggered by a course lesson), if a student requests help during the Zoom meeting by some means (e.g., verbally requesting support), a new ticket will be automatically created in Freshdesk for that student to track the issue.
