After configuring Freshdesk, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Freshdesk and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and TickTick
Freshdesk + TickTick + Slack: When a new urgent ticket is created in Freshdesk, a task is created in TickTick to address the issue. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
TickTick + Freshdesk + Google Sheets: When a task related to a customer issue is completed in TickTick, the completion is logged in a Google Sheet. The corresponding Freshdesk ticket is then updated with a note about the task completion.
