Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Freshdesk and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and TimeCamp

Freshdesk + TimeCamp + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, a corresponding time entry is created in TimeCamp to track the time spent on it. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team.

TimeCamp + Freshdesk + Google Calendar: This flow starts when a new time entry is created in TimeCamp. It then adds notes to a Freshdesk ticket (assuming the TimeCamp entry relates to a specific ticket). Finally, a Google Calendar event is created to schedule a review meeting related to the Freshdesk ticket.
