After configuring Front, AI: Minimax, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Front and AI: Minimax integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and AI: Minimax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Front + AI: Minimax + Slack: When a new event occurs in Front, the message content is sent to Minimax to generate a summary. The summary is then posted to a designated Slack channel for the team to quickly review.
Front + AI: Minimax + Zendesk: When a new event occurs in Front, Minimax analyzes the message and categorizes it. The result is then used to create and prioritize a new support ticket in Zendesk.
